Dok is a 100% Israeli restaurant which uses only Israeli ingredients from the various areas of the state.
This is a culinary project of the Doktor brothers (hence the name Dok), in which they claim that the local products are not inferior to the foreign ingredients for example, Israeli olive oil is just as good as the Spanish or Italian one and various local cheese from small farms are just as good as the trademark cheese kinds.
The result of this experiment restaurant is pretty interesting, when cooking with seasonal and regional products the outcome is more complete and relevant than if using imported materials.
The restaurant is small (not to say tiny), bar and a few table on the inside and a few tables on the ibn Gabirol sidewalk on the outside
This place is a part of the brothers group of restaurant which includes the Haachim and Diego san.
