The bun is located near the north entrance of the Carmel market and operates as mix between a casual Japanese street restaurants and market influenced place.
It is operated by 2 brothers with many years of experience behind them, the decor is tending to a simple and open space with an open kitchen and a sitting bar behind it overlooking the food prep.
The bun has a variety of Asian salads and interesting first courses following with the highlight of the place which is the bun with various fillings, like hamburger, long cooked meat and tofu.
The place is also famous for its Ramen soup which is one of the best in Tel-aviv.
There is a good value for your money and the meal and atmosphere is fun and casual like in any marketplace restaurant should be.
