המסעדה מגישה את הפיצות שלה בדרך האיטלקית, כמו ברומא, על פי משקל, בוחרים איזה פיצה רוצים מהמבחר הגדול בויטרינת התצוגה, בוחרים את גודל הסלייס, ותוך פחות מחמש דקות מקבלים את ההזמנה אחרי חימום קצר בתנור.

כל הפיצות במקום נארזות בקרטון טייק אווי, יש כמה מקומות ישיבה במסעדה, אבל רוב הלקוחות לוקחים את הפיצה איתם לדרך.

Tony Vespa Haárbaa is a part of the Tony Vespa chain of pizza restaurants in Tel-aviv which include two more branches, on Allenby street and on Rothschild Blvd.

The restaurant is offering the Italian way of eating pizza, Roman style, by weight, you choose your favorite pizza from the variety on the display, choose how big you want your slice to be, a quick heat in the oven and you’re all set, less than five minutes for a pizza order.

All the Tony Vespa Pizzas are packed in a takeaway carton, there are some seating places on the restaurants but most customers prefer to eat it on the go.
