Shmuel is a typical market style restaurant serving a small variety of fresh food made daily from the market’s products.

The little restaurant was founded after years that Shmuel had a small stand in the main street of the Carmel market, serving a variety of meat on the grill inside a pita or baguette. The restaurant was founded after the capacity of people was too high to handle all the work.

The place is serving mainly the house renowned kebabs made out of beef and veal and a mixed inner parts Jerusalem style with oriental spicing.

It is not a big place, a few sitting options surrounding the kitchen, so if you want a spot you will have to wait in line like everybody else.

שמואל היא מסעדת שוק טיפוסית שמגישה מספר מנות של אוכל טרי וטעים ממוצרי השוק.

המסעדה הקטנה נפתחה אחרי מספר שנים שבהן לשמואל היה דוכן בשרים על הגריל ברחוב המרכזי של שוק הכרמל. המסעדה נפתחה כשהביקוש לאוכל גדל והיה צורך במקום גדול יותר כדי לספק אותו.

המקום מגיש בעיקר את מנת הקבב המפורסמת בפיתה באגט או בצלחת, ובנוסף- מעורב ירושלמי ותוספות מעולות.

המסעדה לא גדולה ולכן אם תרצו לשבת כנראה שתאלצו להמתין קצת בתור.
