Shmonè (the meaning is number 8 in Hebrew) is a small restaurant in Rabin square, that serves Mediterranean food with Italian touches.

When I said small, I actually meant tiny, there is a small bar and 4 tables on the sidewalk, that’s it, nothing more than that, however, make no mistake, Shmonè is one of the most appreciated restaurants in Tel-aviv, the food critics love it and so does the locals.

There is a variety of food, beef stew, veal, fish and grilled vegetables, most of the dishes comes from the stone oven in the restaurant.

The place has an outside delivery service, which is not as efficient as a restaurant delivery but still, if you want to taste the food of this wonderful restaurant without getting up from your couch, this is the best option.

כשאנחנו אומרים שהמקום קטן, אנחנו מתכוונים לזעיר, יש בר קטן, 4 שולחנות על המדרכה ולא יותר מזה, עם זאת, שמונה היא אחת המסעדות המוערכות ביותר בתל אביב, מבקרי מזון אוהבים אותה וכך גם המקומיים.

יש מגוון של מנות, תבשילי בקר, עגל, דגים וירקות בגריל, רוב המנות מגיעות מתנור האבן במסעדה.

במקום יש שירות משלוחים חיצוני, שהוא אינו יעיל כמו משלוח המסעדה אבל עדיין, אם אתה רוצה לטעום את האוכל הנפלא של המסעדה הזאת בלי לקום מהספה, זו האפשרות הטובה ביותר.
