Shimon Rotisserie has been existing in Tchernikhovski for decades, I’m not sure if anyone really knows when they have started their business (except Shimon), and by far this is the best affordable, quality rotisserie in the area.

For less than $10 you can get yourself half a chicken and fries, and you can also get a whole chicken with a price tag of $12 per kilo, no similar prices in Tel-aviv for grilled chicken.

This is a family restaurant, operated by three brothers, one of them is called Aaron and maybe one is Shimon, but who cares when the chicken is so good, names don’t really matter.

זוהי מסעדה משפחתית שמפעילים אותה שלושה אחים שדומים להפליא אחד לשני, אחד מהם הוא שמעון, אף אחד לא יודע מי מהם אבל זה לא משנה כשהעוף שהם מוכרים כל כך טעים.
