Shila is by no doubt one of the most innovative restaurants in Tel-aviv, this piece of information is not that thrilling unless you’d knew that the place was founded more than 10 years ago and still takes the lead in excellent fresh cooking with the best quality ingredients.

Shila was founded by its chef Sharon Cohen who also owns the Da Da & Da and Cafe Europa, with a simple theme of a small restaurant with a big bar, over the years the bar stayed but the restaurant grew and expanded quite a bit, a fact that did not dim its food quality.

Menu is versatile and there is a big variety to choose from, many kinds of seafood and fish, supreme meat cuts, and my favorite, the plancha dishes that combines fresh seasonal vegetables and meat or seafood.

the restaurant has a lunch menu and a dinner menu, don’t expect combo deals here, the lunch has lower prices and variety than the dinner menu but prices are still on the top end of Tel-aviv restaurants.
