Seeds Patisserie is the only Vegan bakery in Tel-aviv, it use 100% vegan products in creating a variety of cakes, pastries ,cookies, with the abundant substitutes the Vegan kitchen has to offer like seitan, Cashew, cheese and of course the natural vegan pastry products like chocolate, coconut, poppy seeds and various fruit etc.(there is no use for margarine or similar artificial substances).

The bakery offers a variety of gluten free pastries but the bakery advertise that the overall environment is not GF friendly so they cannot commit not having traces in their various pastries.

The northern King George street is coming to be the most vegan friendly spot in the city with places like the Vegan Shawarma, The street and Abu-Dhabi Hummus shop.
