Samuel is defined as a Balkan cuisine restaurant with strong influences from the Mediterranean food culture especially from Greece, turkey and Bulgaria.

The restaurant is located on the south side of Tel-Aviv, bordering the Florentin neighborhood, so it actually enjoys the young crowd of the south side along with the lively atmosphere it brings.

The menu contains all the classic Mediterranean dishes like the Greek Ikra, Kefalotyri cheese, the famous kyopolou salad (burnt bell peppers and eggplant paste), the Turkish Sujuk bread and lahmajun, and a Bulgarian food selection like the leek patties, Givech and moussaka.
