סלימי היא מסעדה פרסית מסורתית, מהסוג שכבר כמעט לא קיים בתל אביב, היא ממוקמת באיזור שוק לוינסקי, איזור שבו עדיין אפשר למצוא מסעדות אותנטיות משפחתיות כמו פעם שבהן אוכל ביתי וכל המשפחה עובדת במקום במטבח או בשירות.

סלימי היא מסעדה פשוטה, לא מעוצבת, עם כסאות ושולחנות פשוטים, אבל האוכל טעים וביתי, ונותן הרגשה שהמשפחה בישלה במיוחד בשבילך.
