אולימפוס היא מסעדה יוונית עם השפעות טורקיות ובלקניות שקימת כבר הרבה שנים ועברה כמה מיקומים בתל אביב.

המסעדה נפתחה לראשונה בשנות השלושים בשוק לוינסקי, בשנות ה 70 המסעדה עברה למיקומה הנוכחי ברחוב קרליבך.

המסעדה הותיקה אירחה את כל הידוענים הישראלים במשך השנים, והתל אביבים הותיקים זוכרים את התורים הארוכים של הלקוחות שהיו משתרכים מחוץ למסעדה.

התחושה בתוך המסעדה היא שהזמן עצר מלכת, העיצוב מיושן עם כמה תמונות על הקירות וכמה שולחנות עם כסאות עץ, אבל האוכל מצויין, המטבח במקום הוא אחד מהמטבחים היוונים הטובים בתל אביב, האוכל הביתי האותנטי נותן הרגשה שבושל על ידי הסבתה מסלוניקי שתמיד רציתם.

Olympus is a Greek restaurant with Turkish and Balkan influences which was founded long ago and been in a few locations in Tel-aviv.

The first stage of the restaurant was in Levinski market in 1930’s, only in the 1970’s it moved to its current location on Carlebach.

The restaurant hosted all the Israeli celebrities over the years and many of the local tel-avivians can remember a long line of customers waiting outside the restaurant.

The feeling inside is as time stood still, the decor is old fashioned, few pictures on the wall and a few tables with wooden chairs but the food is fantastic. You will get to eat one of the best Greek local cuisines, authentic homemade food and imagine it comes from the Saloniki grandmother you always wanted.
