Milk Bakery is a French patisserie located in the ground floor of the boutique hotel, “The Market House”, in the heart of the flea market in Jaffa.

The bakery was founded by a renowned pastry chef who completed her studies in France and worked in the most renowned restaurants in Tel-aviv until decided to open her own bakery.

You can find on the menu a variety of pastries, the croissants of course, just as in Paris airy and light (and full of butter). There is a variety of French cookies, pies, tarts, cakes and the best homemade jams in Tel-aviv, made from seasonal fresh fruits.

המאפייה נוסדה על ידי שפית פטיסרי ידועה שקיבלה את הכשרתה בצרפת ועבדה בהרבה מסעדות ידועות בתל אביב, עד שהחליטה לפתוח מקום משלה.

במקום מבחר מאפים, קוראסונים כמובן, כמו בפריז, אווריריים וקלילים. יש מגוון עוגיות צרפתיות, עוגות, טארט, פאי והריבות תוצרת בית הכי טובות בעיר, עשויות מפירות טריים עונתיים.
