לחמנינה היא מאפיית בוטיק ובית קפה המגיש לחמים, מאפים, עוגות, ונחשבת למאפייה האופנתית ביותר של תל אביב בשנים האחרונות.

מאחורי המאפייה הזאת יש סיפור מרתק של הבעלים, נינה, שהתחילה בתור גבר ושינה את המין לאשה, בהתחלה התחילה למכור את הלחם מדירתה בתל אביב, וכשהאנשים מהשכונה ומחוצה לה התחילו להסתדר בכמויות גדולות נינה ואשתו (למרות שינוי המין היא נשארה אשתו) החליטו לפתוח את המאפייה הראשונה שלהם.

נין למצוא במאפייה לחמים מיוחדים ואהובים כמו לחם סלק, לחם נלסון עם גרעינים, קרואסון פיסטוקים ועוד.

Lachmanina is a boutique bakery and coffee shop which serves signature breads, pastries, cakes and been the trendiest bakery of Tel-aviv during the last few years.

Behind this bakery there is a fascinating story of the owners, Nina, started as a man and had a sex change to a woman. at the beginning, she started selling her breads from her Tel-aviv apartment and when people from the neighborhood and outside of it started to by in big amounts Nina and her wife (although the sex change the wife stayed) decided to open their first bakery.

Many of the bakery’s breads became something of a cult like the beetroot bread, Nelson bread with grains, pistachio croissant and many more.
