Jericho is a contemporary market restaurant which serves a traditional street food with a modern twist, and the result is a haute cuisine cooking in the flea market.

The cooking style is inspired of the two head chefs which cook in the place, both with a long resume behind them and opposite cooking styles. One is coming out of the street gastronomic restaurant the Santa Katarina and the other from the fine dining restaurant, Popina, together the food blends into a masterpiece.

You can find on the menu street food like the Arab Mesahen but in this version the chicken is cooked confit style and served with pistachios and radishes or the inner part pita mix which are cooked into perfection .
