הביסטרו ממוקם במורד שוק הכרמל כ 100 מטר מחוף הים ויכול להיות עצירה מצויינת או לארוחת בוקר בדרך לחוף, או לארוחת ערב טעימה בדרך חזרה או אחרי הקניות בשוק.

האוכל בתפריט מגוון, וכולל מבחר גדול של ארוחות בוקר, סלטים שונים, כריכים טעימים ומנות עיקריות עם בשר או דגים טריים מהשוק. בנוסף יש גם מבחר גדול של מנות טבעוניות.
