שאטו שועל הוא בר יין מקומי הממוקם בפינת שדרות בן גוריון. וכיכר רבין ממש מול בית העירייה, המשרת את השכונה כמקום מקומי לשתות יין טוב לצד אוכל נהדר.

בר היין הזה הוא די גדול, למרות רחובות העירייה הסמוכה תמיד סואנים, המקום מבודד על ידי חצר האחורית אשר מוקף צמחים ויוצר אווירה טובה ושקטה.

העיצוב הוא בסגנון כפרי צרפתי עם בר עץ וכיסאות ושולחנות נוחים בחוץ.

האוכל מורכב בעיקר ממנות ראשונות, גבינות, סלטים, בעיקר טאפאסים כדי ללעוס תוך כדי שתיית היין שלך.

מבחר היין רחב למדי, ותוכלו למצוא הרבה יקבי בוטיק ישראליים שבדרך כלל נמצאים בתפריט ברוב המסעדות, וגם יין ביתי זול יותר.

קבוצת שאטו שועל הוא גם הבעלים של המסעדה הים תיכונית השכונה – אל וסינו וקפה זוריק האופנתי.

Château Shuál is a local wine bar located in the corner of Ben Gurion Blvd. and Rabin square just in front of the city hall, serving the neighborhood as the local place to drink good wine with great food.

The corner of this wine bar is pretty big and although the streets of the nearby city hall are always busy, the place is and isolated by the backyard which is surrounded with plants and create a village like atmosphere.

The decor is French rural style with wooden bar and chairs and comfortable tables on the outside.

Food is tending to the first courses section, cheese, salads, mainly tapas to munch on while drinking your wine.

Wine selection is pretty wide and you will find many Israeli boutique wineries that are usually off the menu in most restaurants, plus house wine which is cheaper and poured from a wine barrel.

The Château Shuál group also own the neighborhood Mediterranean restaurant  – El vecino and the fashionable Cafe Zorik uptown.
