הרעיון של ביסטרו זה הוא לתת ללקוחות את ההרגשה של אוכל רחוב וייטנאמי עם השפעות מהמטבח הצרפתי, כמו שהמטבח הצרפתי השפיעו על המטבח הויאטנמי במהלך הכיבוש שלה במאה האחרונה.

המסעדה ענקית, 600 מטר, עם מיקסולוג, בר קוקטיילים עם ופינת טייקאווי.

Ca Phe Hanoi is a Vietnamese restaurant that was opened in the spring of 2017 in Rabin Square and is a part of a 40 restaurant chain around the globe with the same concept.

The idea of this Bistro is to give the customers the feeling of a Vietnamese street food with French influences, same as the French kitchen influenced the Vietnamese culinary during its occupation in the last century.

The restaurant is huge, 600 meters, with a cold pressure juice stand, cocktails bar with a professional mixologist and a take away corner.

Events are possible to coordinate however you will need to book in advance since the restaurant has a waiting list.
