Boutique sausage (Boutique Naknik as its name in Hebrew) is a unique delicatessen in the Levinski market that produces all its sausages in house and many of the olives and pastes are homemade as well.
The place is tiny so you might as well grab one of the sandwiches with big variety of freshly baked bread, plus homemade olives, don’t forget an Israeli beer and enjoy a great lunch.
Apart from the amazing sandwiches you can also buy sausages to take home by the gram, it’s not cheap but if you want non-industrial meat this is the place to go to.
Service is kind and patient however bear in mind that there is a lot of attention for every sandwich so there will be some waiting time, especially in busy lunch time.
