מייסד הגלידרייה היה איטלקי שחקר את אמנות הגלידה באקדמיה הרשמית של הגלידה שם, ואף זכה בפרס מיוחד מטעם אגודת ארטקאקי להמצאת טעם ייחודי.

הגלידריה מציעה רק טעמים טבעיים, כולם עשויים ממרכיבים עונתיים טריים, כך שבאמת תוכלו למצוא טעמים כמו שוקולד מרציפן, שוקולד עם פיסטוקים וקרמל, גלידת גבינה עטורת הפרסים, גלידות טבעוניות ועוד.
