Amama is a Japanese restaurant serving a local Japanese street food version from the head chef Yama san, the only qualified Sushi chef in Tel-aviv and probably in all of Israel.

Yama san is also the head chef of another successful restaurant the renowned TYO sushi restaurant. At the Amama there is an effort to bring, in addition to sushi, a more profound variability of the Japanese cuisine and full range of flavors.

You can find on the menu some of the classics like a variety of sushi rolls made to perfection, Japanese soups like Ramen and Miso, small courses like the Gyoza and age dashi tofu, classic Japanese dishes like the Gyudon or the tori katsu and much more.

Lunch deal is up to 17:00, including in addition to the main course a starter dish as well.
