אבו אדהם היא חומוסיה קטנה ברחוב קרליבך שהוכתרה בצדק על ידי מבקרי אוכל לאחת מחמשת מנות החומוס הטובות ביותר בתל אביב.

המקום נוסד בשנת 2003 על ידי מסעדת החומוס אבו אדהם המקורית שממוקמת בגליל בצפון הארץ.

המקום מגיש כמה מנות חומוס, חומוס רגיל, מסבחה, חומוס פול, חומוס פטריות וחומוס בשר.

בנוסף לחומוס אפשר למצוא בתפריט פלאפל, סלט, צ’יפס ומלבי לקינוח.

תמיד כיף לשבת במסעדה העמוסה ולאכול את החומוס המעולה שלה, אבל המקום בדרך כלל מלא באנשים, לפעמים עדיף לקחת חומוס בטייק אווי כמו שעושים רבים מהלקוחות במיוחד בשעות הצהריים העמוסות.

Abu Adham is a small Hummus joint located on Carlebach street and been rightfully crowned as the best five hummus dishes in Tel-aviv by many of the food critics.

The restaurant was founded in 2003 by the original Abu Adham hummus restaurant which is located up north in the Galilee.

The place serves a few kinds of Hummus dishes, with chickpea and tahini (Mashawsha), with fava beans, with mushrooms topping and with ground beef.

In addition to hummus you can find on the menu falafel, salad, French fries and Malabi (corn flour dessert).
