The hamburger bun is made out of brioche dough and the extras include many different interesting variation like foie gras, truffle, emmental cheese , onion confit, blue cheese and many more options, make sure you try the fries as well, real good homemade chips which can also come with a sweet potato variation.
Located in the fashionable Levontin neighborhood, 26 Gourmet Burger is quite small, suitable for lunch or early dinner and prices are not cheap, for a hamburger, so make sure you arrive early, other than that the place has a pretty decent burger.
