Tenat is an authentic Ethiopian restaurant which is 100% vegan and serve a variety of authentic fresh Ethiopian food.
The restaurant is pretty small, only a few tables, it is located in one of the street behind the central station, a place with a big immigrant community.
The star of the Ethiopian kitchen is the injera bread which is made out of Teff flour, gluten free and high on minerals. Tenat makes this bread fresh on a daily basis.
In addition, there are some signature dishes from the Ethiopian kitchen you don’t want to miss out, like Angadi Tibs (wild mushroom with tomato sauce on Injera) or the Ethiopian fava beans mash, Kita Patfit (injera in vegan butter with tomatoes) and of course the authentic strong coffee and traditional tea with ginger.
