Nanuchka has a been a culinary institute in Tel-aviv for the last 20 years, it started as a Georgian restaurant and bar. during the last 5 years changed its skin and became fully vegan.
The beauty of the food in Nanuchka is the adaption of the Georgian classic dishes into vegan style, anybody who knows Georgian food will surely say it’s an impossible mission due to the Georgian deep caring for meat, eggs and dairy. Well, it turns out that it is possible and the substitutes for the missing ingredients are filled with a delicate hand that compliments the original cuisine while being vegan.
Nanuchka is also a great place to go out and drink on the beautiful bar which is located in a historic place with high ceilings and original Arab floor, the party is every night and getting hot around midnight so make sure to drop by the bar for a drink as well.
