Kiortosh is a traditional Hungarian yeasted dough in a shape of a hollow pipe, crunchy on its outside and delicious in its inner part. the pastry is brushed with butter and sprinkled with sugar, or cinnamon plus nuts.
In Hungary this addictive pastry is called Kürtőskalács and is made during festivals or any kind of celebration, it is a real treat.
