Hong Kong Dim Sum is located on Ben Yehuda street on what seems to be the local Chinese restaurants triangle with restaurants like Furama and Long Sang nearby.

There is a rivalry between Furama and Hong Kong Dim Sum with only 30 meters between them, the story tells that one of the managers and the head chef had a disagreement with the former management so they left and formed the new restaurant.

The menu is pretty clear with pictures of the dishes and numbers for every item, there are five cold dishes, four dishes of soups, a fried section sector which include a few Dim Sums options as well as spring rolls and about 10 different steamed Dim Sum options which can come in Chicken, beef or pork fillings.
