HaSalon is unique restaurant in the Tel-aviv scenery, it’s the concept place of the famous chef, Eyal Shani, in which everything is possible, there is no menu, it changes every evening and the food is top quality.

The restaurant is open only two nights per week on Wednesday and Thursday and the chef uses this place as its own personal playground with extravagant food and daily fresh cooking, some of it in front of the customers.

HaSalon is not a casual place to go to, it’s very expensive but as soon as you arrive you understand you are in for a full senses experience, the decor is an open space with shared tables, the kitchen is one big open space and the lighting and music changes frequently, so yes, the food is great, but the experience will make the difference.

Eyal shani also own a various restaurants in the city including the North Abraxass, the Miznon which continue to play on the Mediterranean quality cuisine.
