Vitosha

Vitosha is an authentic Bulgarian restaurant serving the beloved Balkan food exactly the same way it was cooked in the various Jewish communities in Bulgaria. The restaurant is in Yehuda Hayamit street in "little Bulgaria" area where you can find quite a few Balkan restaurant, remaining’s from the days Jaffa was the hometown of the Bulgarian Jews which had immigrated to the young state of Israel. you can find on the menu all the Bulgarian classics, like the Shkembe soup (Cow's inner stomach soup) or the famous Kopolo (grilled eggplants), leek patties, Drob Sarma with rice (roasted or long cooked lamb).
